Carlsberg was approved in 2012 in Neumunster at the Hengstmarket, by the Grand Prix and Olympic res. German team dressage stallion E.H. Imperio, and out of Cornandia a daughter Verband elite mare Cornau the dam of major sire Consul, Carlsberg also carries this famous mare family a second time in his sires side through Stallion of the year E.H. Connery. Carlsberg is very much in the image of his great sire Imperio. Carlsberg presented himself with excellent suspension and first rate leg mechanics, showing much freedom of shoulder and a very good walk. Carlsberg carries very proven genetics that have been very successful in sport to the top levels, especially dressage. From one of the best mare families and from a master breeder Hubertus Poll, Carlsberg should have a huge impact on North American Trakehner breeding, this is the first time this stallion has ever been offered to the public.
