Aquafarms Sporthorses is offering Holster for the first time in many years by fresh cooled.  This son of the Elite stallion Graditz, who was one of the most successful Trakehners in North America back in the day.  Holster is out of Halle by Grand Prix dressage stallion Mistersinger/Tannenberg and daughter of the renowned mare Hela VII who is the grand mother of E.H.Hofrat and Hoftanzer/E.H.Gribaldi (both reserve Champions at Neumunster).   Hela VII and Abiza were the most successful Trakehner mares ever imported to North America.  Holster is from the dam line of Herbstgold (T-14 03) and this may be the most successful mare family in the Trakehner breed.  Her daughter Helena/E.H.Consul aka Wikka was very successful at Grand Prix dressage.  Her son Hannibal/ Pregelstrand was individual Gold medalist for team USA at the Pan Am games, ridden by Leslie Webb and was ranked number one Grand Prix horse in the US for two consecutive years.   

 

Anyone who has been close to Holster knows how kind and gentle he is.  Holster is hands down everyone’s favorite stallion because of his gentle gelding like nature.  His gaits are excellent, and when eventing to earn his performance requirements, he once posted a 17 in the dressage phase of a training level event.  His daughter Magic Aire was the high scoring mare of the 2018 TANA inspection tour.  His foals have all been awarded premium status at the foal inspection including highest scoring colt in the Nation.
